I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

All commissioned artworks are for personal use only. In case of commissioning for commercial use, it will be discussed individually.

You can NOT use the commissioned artwork for NFT's projects or AI training.

I have full rights over my artwork. I can post the commission after some time has passed.

Do not post the commission artwork on other platforms without a credit.

I DO NOT provide my service to russia citizens and companies or individuals that collaborate with them or support them (due to personal views and war in my country). Please, respect it.

Commissions are to be paid upfront or after the sketch in full or by parts (50% before the start of the work and 50% before the final check-in).

I accept payments only via Payoneer payments or invoices (I am not responsible for covering following fees, thank you).

Full payment upfront is for commissions that are less than $150. If the commission is at least or over $150, split payment is optional (50% before starting work and 50% after the sketch).

Special notice! Some countries charge VAT depending on location. I am not responsible for this charge and furthermore, so keep it in mind.

Each customer gets to do 3 commission revisions per stage of the process (corrections above this number will be paid).

Full refunds are only proceeded before the start of the commission.

Refunds requested after the sketch and at the process check-in 1 will be 50%. Any further stages are not refundable (or the cases are to be discussed individually depending on circumstances).

Estimated waiting time: 7 – 40 business days (since sending the sketch). Deadlines for detailed and big projects are being discussed individually.

Please notify me about any specific deadlines for illustration beforehand. The commissions that are to be drawn in a short notice will be charged an additional %.

Progress stages: sketch, process check-in 1, process check-in 2, final.

Final product: high quality files in 3 different formats (PNG, JPG, PDF/TIFF). The files are sent in a Google Drive folder and are stored there by me for 30 days. Customer is free to download the files any time during this 30 days period. After the folder will be deleted.

The customer has a right to request an update at any point.

The customer will be notified about any further delays in deadlines, if any unpredictable circumstances/issues occur.

I work with both text descriptions and visual materials as references for the idea or character(s). However, preparing both visual and textual materials will help to make the process easier. Thank you!
